2024 SBC Annual Meeting

INDIANAPOLIS – Chinese Southern Baptists came from a dozen states to participate in the 2024 SBC Annual Meeting at the Indiana Convention Center.

NASHVILLE (BP) – A flurry of traditional and social media discussion surrounding two SBC resolutions (one on in vitro fertilization, the other on religious liberty) has provoked clarifications among Southern Baptists following the Convention’s Annual Meeting June 11-12 in Indianapolis.

INDIANAPOLIS (BP) – Across from the CP Stage in the Exhibit Hall was the multi-station All Nations booth, where messengers and guests to the 2024 SBC Annual Meeting could find information and people to talk with about global missions across the United States.

INDIANAPOLIS – About 150 people attended the annual meeting of the Filipino Southern Baptist Fellowship of North America as part of the 2024 SBC Annual Meeting.

INDIANAPOLIS – Churches and members affiliated with Myanmar Baptist Churches USA, a Southern Baptist Fellowship, showed up in force during Crossover Indianapolis and at the 2024 SBC Annual Meeting.

NASHVILLE (BP) – Late last Wednesday afternoon (June 12), the gavel dropped at the 2024 SBC Annual Meeting in Indianapolis and thus officially ended the service of those on the Convention’s Abuse Reform Implementation Task Force (ARITF). However, several weren’t there to see it.

INDIANAPOLIS (BP) – The Southern Baptist Convention Annual Meeting featured an appreciation luncheon for chaplains on June 11 at the Indianapolis Artsgarden. The event celebrated the dedication and service of chaplains who minister in challenging environments where traditional church access is limited.
